Lunch

While I haven't had time to do cooking posts these last few weeks, I've still been trying all kinds of new recipes lately.



I happened to have some vegetable-enriched pasta on hand, so today I threw together a chicken pasta salad (with cooked spinach and roasted tomatoes). It was perfect with a cold glass of lemonade on this hot afternoon! :)
