I couldn't help but notice these vibrant yellow flowers against an unlikely backdrop and it made me kind of happy.
It's one of the things I like about Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Despite being a huge, urban, and admittedly not-very-clean-or-attractive city, it has plenty of flowers and plants to brighten up an otherwise dull backdrop.
