Bolivia is hot. Lying just south of the equator, Bolivia’s temperatures are nearly unbearable at times. It is quite temperate in the highlands and often cool in the valley. But here in the lowlands, it is just plain old hot.
So what do we do when the humidity rises and the temperature creeps near 100 degrees Fahrenheit?
