The above photo is of an old churrasquera, basically just a grill. Bolivians make wonderful churrasco, meaning barbecue. Their grilled meat and vegetables are very flavorful and absolutely delicious!

Ok, if you keep posting about food, I may have to visit you...haha. That 'beef jerkey stuff' (I am so not good with remembering Spanish words) looked amazing... ;)
